Heavy Large Circle
A large hollow red circle.
Used as an alternative to a check (tick) in Japan for a something that is correct. The opposite of an X (cross mark) for something wrong.
Samsung previously depicted this emoji as a blue circle.
This emoji predates the inclusion of emojis within Unicode. It was first added to early Japanese emoji keyboards by Softbank in 2000.
