Face With Spiral Eyes

A yellow smiley face with black spiral-shaped eyes. Used to express dizziness, confusion, disorientation, hypnosis, or feeling overwhelmed. May also convey being stunned, exhausted, or emotionally "spiraling."

Approved in 2020 to disambiguate from the 😵 Face with Crossed-Out Eyes emoji, which previously displayed spiral eyes on some platforms and X-shaped eyes on others.
