Cold Face

An icy-blue face with gritted teeth, usually depicted with icicles clinging to its cheeks or jaw as if frozen from extreme cold. May also represent unfriendliness (slang, cold) or excellence (slang, cold, cool, or chill).

Within the United States, this emoji has also been used as a visual stand-in for ‘ICE’ (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) in activist or protest posts.
