A yellow face with open eyes, raised or furrowed eyebrows, and an open or downturned mouth, with a large bead of sweat beside its face. Most platforms shade the upper portion of the face blue, as if experiencing a cold flash, and thereby suggesting anxiety, fear, or nervousness.

Meaning varies widely, but commonly conveys such feelings as sadness, disappointment, fear, and anxiety. Similar to 😥 Sad but Relieved Face, but with a blue gradient and typically a larger frown. Not to be confused with 😢 Crying Face, 😪 Sleepy Face, or other emojis with tear or sweat droplets.
